At Ladybird & Friends, we believe hot sauce should be more about flavor than fire. While each of our signature sauces delivers at least a little kick of habanero heat, the idea has always been to create complex flavors out of simple ingredients. We’re particularly proud of our all-natural approach to hot sauce. Brewed in small batches, each flavor is carefully constructed without preservatives or pre-processed ingredients. We’d never consider letting a can opener into our kitchen.

 LadyBirdEveryday Hot Sauce This is the original. Tangy with just a moderate amount of burn, this is an everyday sauce that adapts well to any epicurean environment. It’s a cookout favorite. Bite Rating - 6/10 |
 ZeusThe King of Heat This one has some zip to it. This would be considered our most traditional sauce had we any interest in doing things traditionally. It’s peppery and has real bite while still retaining a strong sense of flavor. Try in, or instead of, salsa. Bite Rating - 9/10 |
 GretaSweet Vidalia Habanero This sauce's Vidalia onion/habanero pepper base gives it a slightly sweeter flavor that has proven particularly popular with women. Try this one as a chicken marinade or as an inspired grilled cheese dip. Bite Rating - 4/10 |
Made with freshly squeezed pink grapefruits, this seasonal sauce will only be available for the summer. Perfect for summer grilling, this mild sauce has a tangy citrus flavor that is delicious on fish and shrimp. Mix with olive oil for a slightly spicy dressing on fresh greens. How Ladybird & Friends was named...
Ladybird & Friends is named after our sweet pup of 9 years, Ladybird. Although a tremendous fan of lazy days and subdued excitement, Ladybird has been known to let loose when an open field or tossed treat avails itself. She’s surprisingly mellow but capable of delivering that kick. She’s elegant when she needs
to be but most comfortable at a backyard barbecue. The hot sauce is Ladybird and Ladybird is the hot sauce. Our other flavors are, literally, Ladybird's friends. Every flavor matches each dog's unique personality. To honor our four-legged friends, we donate 5% of all profits to the ASPCA.
