Amenity Cards and Public Use: Is the Resort Open to the Public?

There are certain events and areas like the Arts and Craft Shows, the Ski Sapphire Ski Area, Frozen Falls Tube Park, and Concert on the Slopes that are open to the public and may or may not have an admission or use fee.

Use of the other resort amenities (Fairfield Lake Boat Docks and Beach, Community Center, Recreation Center, and Activity Field) requires a current Sapphire Valley Master Association Amenity Card.

Members of the Sapphire Valley Master Association pay an annual fee for amenity use. The Sapphire Valley Master Association manages these amenities for the owners. Owners include most properties on the Resort including homes, town homes, condos, and villas.
